“Having intended to organise catering for my sister's hen do rather than attempting it myself I engaged Anner Miller Food with the task of providing an afternoon tea buffet for 15 people. The complex part of it was that there were a mix of gluten free, vegan and fish adverse. Anna sent through a proposed menu which we had to change slightly to accommodate the different needs. On the day, however, Anna delivered a fabulous buffet taking into account all the different requirements. The tuna sandwiches were separated from the other sandwiches so that the bride to be could avoid fish and not have to worry about what might have touched the tuna. All the food was beautifully presented and plated up ready to serve. I would highly recommend her.”
