This service is aimed at professional establishments such as hotels, restaurants, care homes, hospitals or company restaurants where there is a need to raise the cooking skills of your on-site team and expand the range and standard of menu items that are offered.
All cooking training is conducted on site and tailored to the needs of the operation. This is a practical course but will be accompanied by detailed printed cooking instruction menus which can be built up into a comprehensive menu compendium.
Costs will vary depending upon the requirements, length of project and location of establishment but start from £35 per hour for a minimum of 4 hours per day.
